Armin meiwes A.K.A "the master butcher" is a German former computer repair technician born on the first of December 1961. Armin is internationally famous for the murder and consumption of a volunteer victim, and no your eyes aren’t playing tricks on you, Armin was a cannibal. According to prosecutors, he committed the acts for sexual pleasure. Armin had fantasized about killing and eating someone from the age of eight.
Armin had only one victim which he got via the internet, you must be wondering, how? Well, our buddy here requested volunteers off the internet. The master butcher is a strong believer in consent, he posted an advertisement on a website for people with a cannibalism fetish called “the cannibal cric”. Armin who was 41 years old at this time posted that he was “ looking for a well-built male 18 to 30 year old prepared to be slaughtered and then consumed”. He told the court “slim and blonde, that would have been the type.” A lot of people responded to the call for volunteers including Bernd Jürgen Brandes, an engineer from Berlin, but they all backed out leaving Bernd as mentioned earlier Armin had no intentions in forcing people to do things against their will.
Armin and Bernd met on the ninth of march 2001, Armin then took him to his farmhouse in wüsterfeld a small town, where they had sex but according to Armin, Bernd was not satisfied and he wanted to be eaten alive. They both featured in a four-hour-long videotape showcasing Armin slicing Brend’s penis off, definitely not my type of kinky. The case only came to light in December 2002 when an Austrian student spotted another advertisement placed by Armin on the internet and alerted the police. Armin’s house was searched and body parts and the videotape of the killing were found.
On the thirtieth of January 2004, Armin was convicted of manslaughter and sentenced to eight years and six months in prison. In April 2005, a German court ordered a retrial after prosecutors appealed his sentence. At the retrial, a psychologist said Armin “still had fantasies about devouring the flesh of young people.” On the tenth of May 2006, a court in Frankfurt convicted Armin of murder and sentenced him to life imprisonment. He became the first person in Germany to be charged with murder for sexual satisfaction or love cannibalism.
