ANOTHER LOVE STORY

As the strong evening wind hit her in the face, it took away her tears as fast as they appeared.
Her hair matched the light of the setting sun.
She had always loved the way the sea devoured the sun.
They had always reminded her of lovers, one with little time to spend together but still cherish one another.
She had always dreamt of the day she will meet her sea and drown from his love.
But all people saw was the sun in her, a raging fire. They never stayed long enough to see her set.

She looked up to the sunset as if conversing with it.
One didn't need to hear what she said before understanding her.
She wished to share the sea with the sunset.
She wanted to love the sea like it was hers.
The sunset must've agreed, because her face beamed with pure delight.
She gave the sunset a long stare to be certain of its conclusion.
As she walked towards the sea memories of her life flashed before her eyes.
She then thought of what she had ever done wrong to deserve that much hate from the world.
At least the sea will see the worth in her with this thought she threw herself at her sea and hoped she drowns from his love.
